Each report also includes a Confidence Score showing how reliable the analysis is based on available data.

What sources do you analyze?

We scan over 50 sources including: Amazon reviews, Reddit discussions (r/BuyItForLife, product-specific subreddits), YouTube reviews, expert blogs and review sites, social media sentiment, forums, and comparison sites. We use NLP to detect fake reviews and identify undisclosed sponsorships or paid influencer content.

Is my data private?

Absolutely. We're GDPR and CCPA compliant. We don't track your browsing unless you're actively scanning a product. We never sell your data to third parties. All API keys are secured in Google Secret Manager, and payments are processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Does it work on mobile?

BS Inspector is a Chrome extension, so it works on desktop browsers. However, our extension is optimized for mobile browsing when using Chrome on Android (via the Chrome mobile browser). iOS support is coming soon. The interface is touch-optimized and readable on smaller screens.
