Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for purchases made on BS Inspector (operated by Sawary Trading LLC), including monthly subscriptions (Shopper, Pro Buyer) and one-time top-up credit packs.
1. All sales are final
BS Inspector is a digital product delivered instantly. Analysis credits are consumed against live AI inference infrastructure that costs us real money the moment a scan runs. For that reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including:
- Monthly subscription charges (Shopper, Pro Buyer) for any past or current billing cycle.
- One-time top-up credit packs.
- Credits already consumed, partially consumed, or expired under the rollover cap.
- Applicable taxes, VAT, or GST collected on your order.
2. Why we do not offer refunds
Every user can fully evaluate the Service before paying using the Free tier, which includes 6 lifetime analysis credits with no payment information required. The Free tier runs on the same AI engine, analyzes the same 50+ data sources, and produces the same BS Score as the paid tiers — it exists precisely so that you can decide whether the Service works for you before you commit to a paid plan.
By purchasing a paid plan or top-up, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to trial the Service and are satisfied with how it works.
3. Cancellation (no refund)
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. No refund is issued for the unused remainder of a billing period.
4. Exceptions
We will consider a refund or credit in the following exceptional circumstances:
4.1 Duplicate or unauthorized charges
If you are charged twice for the same subscription cycle, or if a charge was made without your authorization (for example, fraudulent use of your payment method), contact us within 60 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund the duplicate or unauthorized amount.
4.2 Service outage that renders the product unusable
If a verifiable Service outage caused by us prevents you from using the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period, we will, at our option, either credit your account or pro-rate a refund for that billing period.
4.3 Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits rights that you cannot waive under applicable consumer protection law.
- European Union & United Kingdom: Under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once performance begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. At checkout, paid users expressly request immediate provision of the digital content and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal. If you have not consumed any credits under a newly purchased plan and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we will honour your statutory withdrawal right.
- Australia, New Zealand: Your statutory consumer guarantees apply. If the Service is not of acceptable quality or does not match its description, you are entitled to a remedy as required by law.
4.4 Goodwill exceptions
We may, entirely at our discretion, issue credit or a partial refund outside of the above exceptions as a goodwill gesture. A goodwill refund does not constitute a waiver of this Policy or create a right to future refunds.
5. How to request a review
If you believe your situation falls under Section 4, email hello@bsinspector.io from the email associated with your account and include:
- Your account email.
- The approximate date and amount of the charge.
- The reason for the request and any supporting information.
We respond to refund reviews within 7 business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer for a purchase, your account may be suspended pending investigation. Please contact us first; we can usually resolve billing issues faster than a chargeback process.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Purchases made before a change are governed by the Policy in effect at the time of purchase.
