Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and Sawary Trading LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company (“we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of the BS Inspector website, services, and browser extension (collectively, the “Service”). By installing the extension, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

BS Inspector is an AI-assisted tool that analyzes publicly available information about products on e-commerce and review websites and produces a 0–100 “BS Score” and supporting reasoning to help you make informed purchasing decisions. Analyses are advisory and informational only. The BS Score is not a guarantee, warranty, endorsement, or professional recommendation, and you remain solely responsible for your purchasing decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law) and capable of entering into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Plans, credits, and billing

4.1 Free tier

We offer a Free tier with 6 lifetime analysis credits. The Free tier exists so that every user can evaluate the quality and fit of the Service before purchasing. No payment information is required for the Free tier.

4.2 Paid plans

Paid plans (Shopper, Pro Buyer) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. Credits included in your plan refresh on each billing cycle. Unused credits roll over subject to the cap published on our pricing page.

4.3 Top-up credits

One-time top-up credit packs may be purchased at any time. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active and are consumed after your plan’s monthly credits are exhausted.

4.4 Taxes

Prices are shown exclusive of applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST. The applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing jurisdiction and added to your total.

4.5 Price changes

We may change prices for future billing cycles with at least 30 days’ written notice to the email associated with your account. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

4.6 Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refundsfor digital product purchases. See our Refund Policy for full details, exceptions, and statutory rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except where expressly permitted by law.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content from the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service.
• Use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights or break any law.
• Abuse rate limits, bypass credit enforcement, or use automated tools to consume the Service in ways not offered through the official interface.
• Upload, submit, or link to material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written permission.
• Use the Service to harass or target individuals or businesses in bad faith.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, content, brand, the BS Inspector name, the bull detective mascot, the BS Score methodology, and all related trademarks, is owned by Sawary Trading LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while you comply with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content (e.g., a product URL you want analyzed, a support message), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

7. Third-party content and merchants

The Service analyzes information from third-party e-commerce and review sites (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, Reddit, YouTube, and others). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those sites or the merchants selling products on them. Scores and analyses are our independent assessments based on publicly available information at the time of the scan and may not reflect current product availability, pricing, or changes made after the scan.

8. Chrome Web Store

The BS Inspector extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store subject to Google’s Developer Program Policies. Your installation and use of the extension is also governed by those policies in addition to these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI analysis will be accurate or complete. AI-generated output may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any purchasing, legal, medical, financial, or safety decision.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Sawary Trading LLC, its officers, members, employees, agents, or subprocessors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the amounts you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, or, where applicable, consumer protection rights that may not be waived by contract.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sawary Trading LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, if your use creates legal or operational risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) survive termination.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or a jurisdiction that grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, nothing in this clause deprives you of that right.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and post the revised Terms at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
